How Fast We Get to You
How do I book a plumber?
Ring (02) 9134 9097 and explain the problem. A time gets set that suits your day, and quite often that's the very same afternoon.
What counts as a drain emergency?
Sewage forcing its way back up, water spreading into a spot it's never reached, or a toilet that won't quit overflowing all count as urgent. If you're not certain yours does, call and lay it out for us and we'll tell you plainly how urgent it is.
What happens after I call?
First we get the symptoms out of you over the phone and lock in a booking. Once we're on site, the actual cause gets confirmed before we put a figure on anything.
Do you work weekends and public holidays?
Yes, without exception. A drain problem doesn't check what day it is, so our roster covers weekends and public holidays the same as any weekday.

Money, Quotes and the $65 Off
Do you charge a call-out fee?
There's no charge for us showing up. What you pay for is the work itself, not the visit.
What does "$65 off your first service" cover?
It's a discount applied to whatever your first job with us costs, taken off the fixed figure before you commit to anything.
How does your pricing work for drain jobs?
The plumber inspects the problem, then puts a set price on the table before starting. There's no clock running in the background and no hourly rate to watch.
Can the price change once you start?
It shouldn't. Whatever figure gets agreed up front is the one on the final invoice. If the job reveals something genuinely unexpected, that gets discussed with you before any extra work happens.

Working in and Around Eastwood
Why do tree roots block so many Eastwood drains?
This suburb is thick with large, tree-lined blocks, and root systems chase moisture straight into the joints of older clay sewer lines. Once a root gets a foothold in a joint, it thickens over time and the blockage keeps coming back.
How local are you, really?
Eastwood sits inside our regular run rather than being an occasional detour. Our crew is on these streets, First Avenue and the blocks near Darvall Park included, most weeks of the year.
Why does my drain block again after heavy rain?
Sections of the suburb sit on a shale ridge that drops toward lower ground, and a heavy downpour can push more water into older stormwater pipes than they were built to carry. That's usually capacity being maxed out, not a fresh blockage starting from nothing.
What suburbs do you service?
Besides Eastwood itself, our patch takes in Epping, Marsfield, West Ryde, Macquarie Park and Beecroft.

Licensing and Guarantees
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, on both counts. Licence #292427C, and insurance that runs across our water and gas jobs alike.
Can I clear a blocked drain myself?
Give a plunger one honest go on a straightforward clog. Beyond that, shop chemicals and hired eels tend to cause more damage than they fix, and a drain that won't stay clear is usually a job for someone licensed to find the actual cause, whether that's a cracked Federation-era joint or a root working through it.
How experienced are you with drains?
15+ years' experience working specifically on Sydney's drains and sewers, across everything from old clay pipe to newer stormwater setups.
What does the lifetime labour warranty cover?
Every bit of workmanship we deliver, for the entire time you're living in the property. If something we fixed lets you down later, we return and correct it, and you won't be billed a second time.
